CURRENT RENTAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The terms below outline the contract between Eventures and customers who rent the space for any reason. Customers must read, understand and agree to the below terms prior to the date of their space rental. Payment of the deposit serves as an agreement to the terms. Date and time of rental is not reserved until contract is agreed to and non-refundable deposit is paid in full.

PAYMENT -

a. A $200 non-refundable deposit must be paid in order to finalize any space rental reservation. The deposit is put towards the overall cost of the space rental.
b. Payment is accepted in the form of credit/debit card.
c. Full payment, including space rental price plus any add-ons, must be received at least 1 week prior to the date of the party or on the due date stated on invoice.

d. If the final invoice is not paid by indicated time, the space rental may be cancelled.

CANCELATION -

a. Customers who cancel their space rental two weeks prior to the date of the reservation or sooner will receive a full refund of any payments that may have been made in exceeding the deposit. The non-refundable deposit will not be refunded under any circumstances.
b. Customers who cancel their space rental less than one week prior to the date of the reservation forfeit all payments made.

SPACE RENTAL TIME -

a. Door will be unlocked for customers and their belongings at the beginning of the space rental time. You only have access to the space during your rented time. Doors will be opened for the customer at the beginning of their rented time. Someone must be at the space at the beginning of the rental time. Failure to arrive within 10 minutes of your start time will result in a $50 charge.
b. Customers must be out of the space when their rental time is up. Eventures personnel will be back to lock the doors at the end of the rental time. If guests are not vacated by the end of the rental, you will be charged for an hour of space rental time. If your party is vacated more than 30 minutes late after the end of the rental time, the charge will be $150.

c. Events exceeding the allotted timeframe for their paid space rental must be paid within 48 hours. Eventures will never charge a customer’s card.

d. The customer is in charge of conducting their space rental & insuring that guests leave before the end of your space rental. You are responsible for the space during your rented time. If you vacate the space early, you must let one of the owners know, to insure the space is not left unattended.

PROHIBITED ITEMS -

  1. Eventures prohibits the use of any loose glitter, confetti, fireworks, sparklers, smoke machines or fog machines in the space at any time. Any open flames are also prohibited.
    b. Smoking is prohibited within the Eventures space.
    c. Eventures prohibits persons under the age of 21 of consuming alcohol on the premises.

CLEANUP -

a. Eventures personnel is responsible for the cleanup of the space, including disposing of garbage, wiping of tables/counters.

b. Customer is responsible for removing items he/she brings into the space (decor, dishes/utensils, food, etc.) that they wish to keep. You are also responsible for cleaning any dishes belonging to Eventures. Failure to clean any Eventures dishes that were used will result in a $25 cleaning fee. Anything to be disposed of can remain following the space rental.

c. Cleanup time exceeding standard cleanup time will be invoiced to the customer at a rate of up to $50 per hour. This invoice must be paid within 48 hours. Eventures will never charge a customer’s card.

THEFT -

a. Customers are prohibited from removing any objects from the premises that they did not bring in. Any customer who removes any item not belonging to them must return the item(s) in the condition in which item(s) left the space.
b. If any item is not returned, or is returned in worse condition than at the start of the space rental, customer may be charged to repair or replace the item.

c. Invoice must be paid within 48 hours following space rental date. Eventures will never charge a customer’s card.

DAMAGES -

a. Damages of any kind to decor, tables, chairs, walls, appliances, technology, etc. exceeding $20 will be charged to the customer.
b. Invoice for damages must be paid within 48 hours following space rental date. Eventures will never charge a customer’s card.

Eventures is NOT responsible for accidents or injury during the time of your space rental, nor are we responsible for broken or lost personal items. You are responsible for your actions while at Eventures, as well as all consequences those actions may cause to you or your guests. It is a reminder that paying your deposit acknowledges that you have read and agree to these terms.
