All Space Rentals Include:

• Use of the 1,200 square foot main space (40' by 30' room)

• 4 farmhouse tables and chairs for 32-40 people (8' by 40")

  • additional seating for up to 56 people available for an additional $100 charge​

• Full kitchen - including sink, oven, stove, microwave, fridge and freezer

• Use of any Eventures serving-ware, beverage dispensers, etc.

  • We do not keep an inventory of our items, as they are constantly changing!​

  • Champagne flutes available for an additional $40 charge

• Serving counter with beverage fridge located in the main space (90"x24")

• Large L-shaped bar on wheels (75"x 32")

• Sideboard for cards, gifts, beverages, ect. (84" x 18")

• Wooden arch (90" x 90") 

• Access to restroom with changing table

• Use of 65" 4K Ultra Sharp TV

• Highchairs for the little party-goers

 

Perhaps best of all, Eventures handles all the clean-up! We will handle emptying trash,

wiping tables, sweeping & washing floors - that's all part of the space rental!

Space Rental Costs (By the Hour): *3 Hour Minimum Required*

• Friday – Sunday: $120/hr

• *Prices differ during holiday and graduation seasons*​

• 2024/2025 Holiday Prices (January 1st - January 7th; May 10th - June 2nd; July 4th - July 7th; August 29th - September 2nd; November 28th - January 5th, 2025)​
