FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
We want to make your space rental with Eventures as seamless as possible! These are questions that we are frequently asked, but if anything else comes to mind, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email or direct messaging on Facebook or Instagram!
"Why can't I find a phone number to contact you?"
We do all communications via email and direct messaging on social media. We are a two-person team, so using those modes of communication, we are able to better (and more quickly) assist you!
"Your site says seating is for 32-40 people, can I have more?"
You sure can! We can accommodate up to 56 people with our farmhouse tables and chairs for an additional charge, but we recommend seating for 32-40 because of the size of the space and limited space with more large tables. Check out our gallery, as we have pictures of both set ups!
"When do I have to pay?"
Your $100 non-refundable deposit is due when you book with us. We will not hold your spot, so please pay your invoice promptly. The remainder of your space rental and payment for any add-ons you may choose is due one week before your space rental. If payment is not received by then, your rental is subject to cancellation.
"Can I bring in alcohol?"
Yes!! You may bring in any food or beverages you would like, alcohol included. Guests under the age of 21 are not permitted to consume alcohol.
